Division 189

Brother Wright hired out as a trainman with the BNSF Railway in 2002 and joined the BLET in 2005 following his promotion to locomotive engineer. In 2008, he was elected Legislative Representative of Division 189 and 1st Vice Local Chairman and currently holds both positions to date. In 2011 he was elected the TXSLB as the Alternate 2nd Vice Chairman and in 2015, he was elected 1st Vice Chairman and reelected in 2019. He became Chairman of the Texas State Legislative Board on June 1st of 2023.

Division 620

Brother Piekarski began his railroad career in 2002 for the UPRR, shortly after promoted to Engineer in 2004 and joined the BLET that same year. In 2005 he was appointed as ST for division 187, which later merged with Division 620 where he is still the ST of the Division. In 2010 he became the LR for the Division and in 2011 he was elected to his first term for the TXSLB. The following year he was elected as the Alt. ST for the UP Southern Region GCA. In June of 2013, Scott was elevated to ST of the GCA upon the elevation of Sister Mead to the ND. Scott is now on his 4th term with the TXSLB and continues to prove to be a valuable diamond level asset to the brotherhood.

Chris Morales
 

2nd Vice Chairman

Brother Dondero began his railroad career hiring out as a trainman for Kansas City Southern railroad in 1998.  He promoted to engineer in 2004 where he serves as local chairman and legislative representative. He was elected to alternate 2nd vice chairman TXSLB in 2019. Subsequently he was elected to 1st vice chairman TXSLB in 2023.

Division 741

Brother Morales began his railroad career in 2013, hiring out for the BNSF in Temple, Texas. He was promoted to locomotive engineer in 2015 in San Antonio, Texas. Shortly after the formation of the newly chartered Div 741 in San Antonio Texas, Morales decided to get involved with the union. He ran and was elected to VP and LR of Div. 741 in 2019. In 2021 he vacated the VP position and became the 2nd VLC and continued to hold the LR position. In 2023, Morales was elected to the 2nd VC for the TXSLB where he currently serves.

Brother Walker began his railroad career in 2005 when he hired out as a conductor for the Union Pacific Railroad in Harlingen, Texas.  After being promoted to locomotive engineer in June of 2010, he joined The Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers and Trainmen Division 775 in Victoria, Texas. In 2014, Joseph was elevated to the position of Legislative Representative and has also served a term as the Vice Local Chairman for Division 775. Brother Walker is a proud United States Army veteran and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Science from Arkansas State University (1996). In 2023, Walker was elected to the alternate 2nd VC for the TXSLB where he currently serves.
